Kleto Luka Mauro founded ACT in 2018 with a vision of empowering youth in Western Bahr el Ghazal State. As an agronomist, he brings expertise in sustainable agriculture and rural development, guiding ACT's programs across all five pillars with a commitment to community-led change.

Composition requirements: The Board consists of 7 members elected by the General Assembly, ensuring at least 4 members are youth (aged 15–35) and at least 3 members are female, with representation from diverse backgrounds and communities.

ACT operates with eight dedicated volunteer staff members who drive our programs across all five pillars. Their commitment to youth empowerment and community development is the foundation of everything we do.
